This is just terrible.
The Clippers have one of the most prolific fast break offenses in the NBA. Even in semi transition, they are amazing. But where they absolutely stink is in the half court. This possession is not basketball, it’s a passing drill. No movement, no play call, just pass the ball around the outside while every pair of eyes on the court and in the stands are on one player, namely Mr. Griffin. So when Blake gets the ball, even his stellar moves are not going to get passed double and triple teams on a consistent basis. Brandon Jennings is not even guarding the bearded one the entire 40+ seconds, and is only worried about Blake. I blame Barron, but only partially. The guy seems to really run out of gas at the end of games, where Blake needs to be used as more of a distraction. With all the injuries, the Clippers just don't have enough offensive options late in games. Get better soon EJ (Eric Godon Jr.) We Need you.
Of course it was all downhill from here.
